I haven't found any conflicts. Strange but true. Unmasked, killed, or converted Telvannis in other guild quests (Mages Guild, Morag Tong) did not raise anger at Telvannis.
Only one thing: Avoid Vivec Mage's Guild quests. One of them is "Kill All Telvanni Masters", which you won't like to do most likely. The Archmage rank in the Mages Guild does not need these quests.
It's the matter of ordering. Do Edwinna's quests at the end. She can promote you to Archmage, too, so that start her quests when you reach as high rank as possible.
