No! Because once you use anything from any of the the expansions you must use them in A game that has said expansions loaded. Why would anyone load an expansion and then make items that only work in main Game?
Sorry but it just hasn't been done because there is no real reason to do it. That's kind of like Making a space ship then remove the engine and load it on to a 1890's old west stage coach. What good would it be and for what reason would you ever do it in the first place?
