Hm.. I suggest working on your speechcraft. It doesn't look like much, but it's definatly one of the best skills in the game. Before training or making significant purchases, it's best to 'charm' the merchant/trainer to 100. You'll get massive discounts. It also helps you solve certain quests. Training it is easy. Quicksave before a conversation, then use the 'admire' skill as much as possible. If you make any significant progress, quicksave again. If not, there is always quickload.
