Ok, I've had Morrowind for a long time, but at first I couldn't get into it. Now I'm replaying it, and I'm enjoying more than I used to. But I'm still confused about some things.

I'm now a level 3 thief, and I'm trying to get my marksmanship and alchemy up, and later on, hopefully, get my thief to do a little bit of magic...

But I have some questions regarding skills

1) How high can you get them?

2) Can you get all skills to that same number? (I think I said that right)

3) Any tips on raising Alchemy?

4) How do skills affect stats (or do they?) as you level up?
