If i'm not mistaken the other Blade members are all in Balmora, they can give you training.
Isn't that a Vampire who you're talking about ? I stumbled upon that tomb too once when i was escorting someone from one camp to another. I took a peak inside, killed a few guys, and in the end i got a message that the Prophecies could no longer be fullfilled.
