Since she won't give it to you, I must assume you are also in the theives guild. In that case - just blow off the mission. You don't need it to advance in the fighters guild. It's also the last mission from Fireeye. This is one of a few missions that pit the theives against the fighters. If you plan to keep your good standing with the theives, I recomend you ignore these missions. You can still become Grand Master of the Fighters guild, and by not pissing off the theives, become Master Theif.
