I just got out of the asylum. I talked to Saemon, and retrieved the Pirate horn as he asked. The journal tells me that I need to meet him on the docks, but he isnt anywhere on the docks or in the city.
My previous saves are both after I got the horn and went to look for Saemon, so not sure what I can do now. Any help is appreciated.
