Well, if you want one you can:
1) do a STRONG (level 30 or more) Command Humanoid a teleporter into your house. Though no guarantee if she/he will stay due to global settings maybe. Though I've not had that problem.
2) or create one into your own plug-in. Go into your contruction set, create a new NPC person to your liking. In the AI section of the NPC, there are four slots you can use to select where you want that NPC to send you to. Now just select a house and drag-drop-position the NPC into your house. Start the game and go to your house to see your new NPC teleporter.
