No it is the Nerano manor house - and of course I had to 'evict' the previous owner

The Ralen Hlaalu was my second choice but it comes complete with the body of Ralen Hlaalu on the floor (and you can't dispose of it).
- and corpses do make the place look messy (and attract flies)!
