There is a console cheat.
Use:
PCJoinFaction "Telvanni"
This console cheat will work for most valid factions, ie you can join the Assassins Guild using:
PCJoinFaction "Morag Tong"
PS. Could you change the title of this thread to include the word "Spoiler"?
