yeah short sword. I know mage uses a kind of daggers named Athane or something like that.

There's no full set of dreugh armor in the game. so I guess you'll have to find glass armor then. In vivec city in the treasury area got glass armor. but the place is difficult to get inside ( the door lock is quite high ). I'm sure someome else here will tell you where to find them.

For alchemy you need the items like mortar and pestle and some ingredient. Drag your Mortar and Pestle onto your character picture in the inventory and start mixing ingredients in it. to know the effect that the ingredient have you'll need a high alchemy skil preferbably a 60 to know all 4 effects.
