You will ruin the quest if you kill Nerano. Sugar-Lips will be mad.

Killing the servant in the Council Club on the other hand ...... is a very tough fight, but also comletes a special quest for the leader of Ft Moonmouth, Varius.

Now, if you do kill the servant, before giving the key to Habassi, be a true thief and loot the manor yourself ...... just lock the door on your way out
