Alright, here's my idea. This place is where you can share your favorite homemade potions and effects with everyone here. Morrowind has so many ingredients and possibilities that it's difficult for one person to know every combination, so here, hopefully, you'll be able to get ideas and help yourself make that awesome potion you never thought possible.
Here are a couple of my favorites to help you understand the format for sharing your own:

Effect: Fortify Luck
Ingredients: Corkbulb root and Guar hide
Description: This potion can be incredibly useful since the ingredients are common and the effect CAN have a major impact on those tough battles.
Another great one is my Telekinesis potion
Effect: Telekinesis
Ingredients: Scuttle and Bonemeal
Description: This potion's effect can become quite powerful and is a must for any magically-oriented thief.
So, share your ideas and known ingredients and eventually we can work up quite a recipe book!
