Well what I did was take the advice of several people and reload from a save that preceeded my initial talk with Ulyne. I cleared out everything except the main person I was to eliminate and went back and got Ulyne. She was sure handy when Necro boy decided to gate in a Daedra. I finished him off while she battled the Daedra. It was over quickly and Ulyne didn't get a scratch.
