Lilacor is a good mod. up until the voice gets annoying (10-15 minutes i'd guess). what else.....
a quick run down
i like the no glow mod for magical items. i usually i forget i have it until i turn it off.
theres a duel weild mod for katana/axes but the second one is only a sheild. its really for show.
there are a few smutty ones that are a laugh for a few minutes.
the armor manniquin mod can be good if you have a perminant residence you shove your junk in.
the giants mod is fun. lots more to kill. great for a high level char to sink his/her teeth/fist/other-sharp-objects into. more fun with the dragon add on aswell
there are some mods so that the higher your level in a certain spell class, the less mana spells in that class take to cast. very useful for a mage.
i like the cloak collection. it just looks cool.

thats pretty much all the good ones i use/have-used. could mention some more but i haven't used them as much.
