I have finally begun playing the game and I have to admit that the beauty of it has really surprised me. All the still pictures I have ever seen showed Morrowind as washed out in color. I have been walking around the first town and what a pleasant gaming experience it was to actually have the sun arc over me and settle into sunset, only to then have the moon on high with tons of stars overhead. I can see why so many people speak highly of the game.
Since I don't have a Game Manual (game came with my new video card) I am still at a loss about the following. If you can help it will be much appreciated.
1. Buying/Bartering. I haven't really gotten the hang of this. Is this straight forward or are there tricks to this?
2. I press "e" to jump but nothing happens. Is this the right key or am I missing something?
3. I understand that in order to increase your major/minor skills you must engage in activities to increase them. I know about running, but what about sneaking, etc.?
4. Can one memorize spells and if so how do you accomplish this?
