kB= 1000 bytes (1024, more precisely)
kb= 1024 bits (binary digits, 1 byte = 8 bits)
Kb or KB don't exist
MB= 1024 kilobytes
mB= would be 1/1000 (0.001) bytes, but that doesn't really exist
