Well, that's strange, since i have that mod and keep using propylons as my personal ariline. Don't use normal indexwes, though: I have downloaded the master index official mod which allows me to use only one to shuttle back and forth from caldera (which is conveniently linked to the world) to any dunmer stronghold - I suggest using this mod
