Finally, I found it! There's a way to gain only 1 level and get three x5 multipliers. How? Let me explain..

INCREASED MAJOR SKILLS

Shortblade by 3 (SPD)
Speechcraft by 2 (PER)
Light Armor by 3 (AGI)
Block by 1 (AGI)
Sneak by 1 (AGI)

Total: 10

INCREASED MISC SKILLS

Unarmored by 5 (it increases unbelieveable fast!!)
Hand to hand by 1
Athlethics by 1

They are ALL "SPEED" related skills.

Total: 7

Results

7 (misc) + 3 (maj) = 10 (X5 MULTIPLIER FOR SPEED)

0 (misc) + 3 (maj) = 3 (X3 MULTIPLIER FOR AGI)

0 (misc) + 2 (maj) = 2 (x2 MULTIPLIER FOR PER)

If I I had increased total 7 AGI related misc skills I would get x5 multiplier for AGI too.

So what to do?

Always save cheesy skills for misc. And build combos. For ex, never take acrobatics, athlethics, unarmored skills for major or minor. Keep them misc. They effect your multiplier.

A WAY TO GET THREE x5 MULTIPLIER (15 ABILITY POINTS!!) WITH GAINING ONLY 1 LEVEL

Increase your longblade by 3 (MAJ)
Increase your acrobatics by 7 (MISC)

Increase your shortblade by 4 (MAJ)
Increase your athlethics by 6 (MISC)

Increase your heavy armor by 3 (MAJ)
Increase your spear by 7 (MISC)

Well, your total maj/min is = 10
You gained only 1 level.
But you gained three x5 multiplier.
