I was thinking about "mercantile" but as roland said it's a bugged skill. it's much better to take speechcraft imo, my question is how can I raise those skills and they increase fast or not? (speechcraft armorer and security)

Now that you've got it figured out, let me through ya a chicken bone.
Short Blade 100, Why? because once I start melee, the opponent never gets an attack in. Why, Short blade is much faster than any other weapon. And all he can do is block, buckle, dance, and die. Remember way back at start game, and you went into that first smuggler cave? What happened? Attribute is speed, and it can easily be raised fast.
Sneak skill, raise fast. Get out of sight when approaching early on critters, goto sneak, then keep doing it all the way through the attack, even if the icon goes away, keep the button down. Do not attempt to steal until you have at least 35 in the skill.
Armorer, only way I have seen is to pay hard looted cash to a trainer. Once I got up to about 50, then it started going up on its own, at a reasonable pace. If you get the armorer-mod, you can make own stuff.
Security, Build this at thives guild, and have a boat load of picks, incorporate sneak if someone is close by.
Enchant? If you don't want magic, but want to use useful items then enchant your own. This gives you the ability for ALL magic classes, with no need for magic skills. All you need is soul gems, trap soul, and a enemy. Very useful.
IMHO athletics is over rated. I put it in the other area. Why? What do we do in the game world? Run and swim. It goes up, not as fast, but mine is 100, and it's a bottom level trait. I always, run, jump, swim. Never do I stroll down the lane without purpose.
Acrobatics, is similar, to see me at start good would be pretty funny. Running, skipping, jumping everwhere.
Marksman? Lets think this out. For I surely wish'd I had. To shoot, you are using the skill. Takes away from other weapon skills. So, plan accordingly. Kill 1 monster with range, kill next with melee.
