I had the problem with my FPS dropping, and stopped using it.
Likes:
1. Great monsters to afford a challenge for high level characters.
2. You sure can't wander unthinkingly around town, and I like that. [img]tongue.gif[/img] (I think the very first second I hit town after installing it I was attacked by a Wild Vampire!)
Dislikes:
1. I had to install it manually because, following the directions, it didn't install properly, installing instead to a folder off the data folder called \--GIANTS--. Meh.
2. My FPS dropped to what, for me, were unacceptable levels in some cases.
3. The dragons are great for a challenge, ugly graphically (how do those things fly? LOl!)
All in all, I may turn it on later in the game, but it slowed my game down too much, so I stopped using it.
