well here's a thought.
if you buy a fortify spell. you will need the nescessary mana to be able to cast it. and there's not that many mana potion out there. sleeping to regain mana is a waste of time.
if you create CE item. that item will give a constant effect and it will save you on those mana since you don't have to cast it.
