Hiya, usually you can find arrows at the Fighter guilde houses, as well as the Redoran House smith has a bunch. The legion has arrows as well. Usually iron ones though. I stopped using the iron ones sonce I have had many games crashing because of them. If I had ironarrows on me and then shoots them all off saves and loads the game up it says. "Canīt find inventory ironarrows" or something like that and then its scwevy.. :S
The official area effect arrows is a real treat! Though I find it a bit unbalancing when you get your first 50 k and goes off to buy a Daedric bow.. or just steals it..
There is a marksman mod out there that is pretty good as well.
