In all fairness i suppose it'd be the mage ...
Once he gets of a time-stop spell, the fighter's gone. Lower MR if needed, and then some spells that dont have a svaing throw against damage, or atleast only half ... ( dragon's breath, abi dalzim's horrid wilting, skull trap etc.)
If he cast Improved alacrity in the time-stop, no fighter will come out alive.
