natural is right ti4200 is best value for money card currently, its equal to the ti4600 unless your running high resolutions or really high requirement games (none of which have been released yet) also bear in mind the 64mb is actually better than the 128mb (due to various technical bottlenecks) though in the future the 128mb card will be more worthwhile than the 64mb.
If your looking for real horsepower in the future as well as now and have the cash go for the ati 9700, or geforce ti4600 but IMO neither is needed or will be for at least a year with the current games (except maybe doom3 when it comes out)
