Pfah, for a whole bunch of money and soulgems, you can potentially get a suit of clothes of the following.

Rings: Sanctuary 24 x 2
Exquisite Pants/Shirt/Skirt: Sanctuary 12 x 3
Extravagant Gloves: Sanctuary 4 x 2
Exquisite Belt: Sanctuary 8 x 1

All put on constant effect means...

100% Sanctuary ALL THE TIME. All physical damage has NO effect whatsoever. Makes it cheesy though.
