To know where the cave is, just ask around in the ashlander camps. I think you can get all the info you need in Urshilaku camp, where Nibani Maesa lives; shouldn't you find what you seek there, go east to the Ahemmusa camp and ask there. You will be given directions. Be prepared for a long walk (almost the width of Vvardenfell)
The topics are phrases of the riddle (valley of the wind and Urshilaku(?) teeth or something like that).

Anyway, go east from the Urshilaku camp, following the coastline. First you will get to a Dunmer stronghold, Valenvaryon (beware, hostiles there, and not weak either), then the Ebernanit shrine, then a Dwemer ruin (on your right, that is to the south) This is Bthuand. Keep going east, past the daedric shrine of Zergonipal. Take the second valley on your right, or, if you prefer, the last valley to the south before the landscape changes from ashlands to plains. this is the valley of the wind: follow it to the end and get to the cavern of Azura.
Otherwise, get to the Ahemmusa camp (straight north of Vos), then go west along the coast until you get to the ashlands: the first valley on the south is your valley
