Had a similar one in a Dungeon up near Khuul on an early visit at lvl 10 or so,
When i returned there at lvl 32 as i am now the entrance was not blocked, could be a lvl'd entrance like this i guess.

I've finished the game and was level 57 at that time. I guess i went a little too fast.
