Hm. Have you clicked on 'duties' in Ajira's conversation topics? She ought to go on to tell you some secrets; she has two, one to get a Staff and one to get a Ring, both useful items. But maybe you still have to be a Warlock for her to tell you about them...
Have you been to ALL the Mage guilds and done ALL the duties? I assume you have your Wizards staff if you are a Magician? You have to have that WITH you, I think, to trigger the ARCH MAGE topic with Trebonius. Might be worth talking to Edwinna at Ald Ruhn about Trebonius, too, in case that is the trigger.
