I am working up my rank within the Fighters Guild and right now I am on an errand for the steward in the Balmora FG. She wants me to collect 200 septims from a barkeep in Suran, but the barkeep won't pay up or even talk to me about it. I don't feel like spending another alotted time in jail for a measly 200 septims, so my question is whether or not there's another way to resolve this problem? I already whacked Sottilde to get the code book...that was a free for all and 10 days in the clinker.
