At low level, you can also find and get a pair of them in the Uriskra (SP?) Burial Chambers. It is a required site for the main quest.

If you are powerfull enough, go to Maar Gan. Leave town heading east. Cross (levitate) the mountain range and you will slide into a North/South lava trail (foyodra (SP?). Start heading North and look for a Dwemer ruin on your right. Be warned that the person wearing a full suit of glass is the top vampire for a vampire clan. Took me an hour+ of real time, many summons, scrolls, healing potions and beating for my 12th level archer to get it off her. At the time, I was commited to getting it. In retrospect, I should be commited for attempting it with my low level Archer [img]smile.gif[/img]
