1. Loot - There are tons of Ordinator armor in the barracks in Vivec and Ghostgate.

2. Deadric armors/weapons - After you have cleared out certain deadric shrine, dispose all the body. Exit the shrine and enter again. All the deadric enemies will respawn. Kill and loot. Repeat until you have more than you can carry.

3. Creeper - Used the TES to bump the Creeper's money capacity to 50,000 instead of mere 5,000. Save and load you newly created plug-in. This will make selling high value stuff more enjoyable.

4. Hlaalu - I think Hlaalu missions pays more than the other great houses.
