I finished the main quest about a week ago. I was at level 59 with about 800+K Septims and lots of enchanted weapons and armors. I was a leader of the following:

Imperial Legion
Mages Guild
Thieves Guild
Fighters Guild
House Hlaalu
Imperial cult (the highest attainable rank)
Temple

Yes, I never cheated too.

The game was way too easy by then and I restarted game as new. Currently my Breton is at level 11, he is going to be one hell of a kickass character very soon.
