Nobody ingame can buy most of that outright.
there are ways around this though. such as the creeper exploit.
find Creeper, he has 5000 gold and buys and sells at cost. sell him a bunch of stuff worth less than 5000. do this over a couple of days time. (rest 24 hours) then trade him your expensive item for the cheaper stuff. then sell him the cheap stuff back again.
Or you can just download a mod with a rich npc. or just mod creeper yourself.
