When you enter the water, about 20 feet on your left, there is a ring in the weeds. I have played about 5 characters (not liking the first 4 after awhile [img]smile.gif[/img] ) so I have had to find it a few times.
I usually enter the water, go to the back of the pool and come forward. I stay to what is now the right side of the pool looking up towards the woman to find the ring.

It is better to be looking foward because they attack you after you pick up the ring. Interesting journal entries after incident...
