Go in and clear out all the monsters without her. Do not kill the area boss. Then go back and talk to her, escort her to kill the big boss.

Talk to her, get her in and clear out some monster. Then ask her to wait there while your kill the remaining minions. Then go back to her and ask her to join in to kill the area boss.

There is a handy spell (heal others). It is basicall a heal target spell. You might want to get it so that you can heal her. Or you can enchant a "Heal Target" enchantment onto a ring/amulet. Use the enchanted ring/amulet to heal her from time to time.
