Well, for one thing... I don't think casting spells at the gates will aid your cause any

But I don't know a way for you to get into the Underdark unless you have a savegame prior to you killing the guards. You might try using the CLUA to spawn the guards, but I'm not sure how the console works, sorry. You should ask someone more experianced.
