As rumors go. The US patch works fine on the Scandinavian version (I guess it is the same as in the UK).
Half a dozen posters at the Danish morrowind site have installed the patch and it is working find,... so far,...
If others have patched their UK/scandinavian game with the patch and it works fine (or not) let's hear it from you
