In my experience so far, I've had to get them down to zero before the taunting works. I'm up to 78 now and when I taunt them, instead of taking the bait, they sound all hurt..."what do you mean? I thought we were friends?" Until I get them down to zero, then it's butt whoopin time. Sometimes, they just don't want to bite and it takes time. I've noticed the spells work that way too. Anyone else have 100% on Soul Trap or FireBall and still fail to successfully cast three or four times in a row? Yeah, me too. Go figure
