FYI, I did *his* quest and found the witch, killed her and the barbarian raised my strength to a few points (permanent). BUT... I saw him AGAIN somewhere in Vos too. To be exact, he is somewhere near Indorayon(?) and as Medieval Dead has pointed it out, the witch is nowhere to be found there.

I guess this is a bug or there is something very sinister about this guy. Urrggh... I felt a disturbance in the force.
