If you switch to your bound items very fast, the effect tends to stay permanent and increases everytime you equip those items. For example, if you make a custom spell to cast bound longsword for 0 sec, each time you cast this spell, you will get a +10 long blade skill permanently. So much for bug exploitation, eh?
