I made an extravigant ring with 100 points of Open on touch.
it costs 20 charges each time but it has 200 charges. I had the guy in Fort Moonmoth do the enchantment cause it kept messing up when i ddid it. but after bribing him a little it only cost me 6k to get that ring, now i can open any lock at will. no more picks no more keys
Its like my own personal skeleton key.
