Since this is an SOA forum, I will only say about those in SOA(other reason being that I am not familiar with those in TOB)
weapon:carsomyre+5, staff of the magi, staff of the woodland(sp?), crom fyrer(sp?)
armor: robe of vecna, red dragon scale armor,and some other......
