Ah well i found one in one of the those dwarven index rooms. She trained me till 83 or so [img]smile.gif[/img] . Wasted about 27k g to get high though, before i met her i was under 60 still.
Still need to find the enchanting trainer although i got enchanting up till 75 or so already.
