well as far as i know there are out a couples of 'useful' mods
e.g.:
ziana: adds a soul gem dealer to the magic guild in Balmora
merchant: adds a rich merchant near the starting city to sell all the high prized stuff [img]smile.gif[/img]
i for myself work on a quest merchant - who sells all the quest relevant items
