Good starting town receipe:

Spore Pods + Luminous Russola = Fatigue. Obviously, you don't want to take fatigue potions. But those two ingredients are very common and the potions sell for 25 drakes each. PLUS, you work on your Alchemy skill.

Restore Health Potion:

Haven't found an EFFECTIVE receipe yet. I've made some way too weak ones piggy-backed onto other potions. FOR EXAMPLE:

Scuttle + Saltrice + Resin = Healing Restore-Fatigue potion:

1 Health/ 4 seconds
6 Fatigue/18 seconds

Once I get it going at high levels, it'll be called "Elspeth's Supercharger and De-Wormer."
