Are you saying that we've banned the entire area? Ziroc must have a reason, but if you have ZFR's IP address, then yes, Ziroc can try to open a small window for him.
If you don't hear anything soon, let me know. I'll assume Ziroc has got back with you unless you inform me otherwise.
