He who speaks to Edward Locke
He sat straight up, alarm taking over his actions.
"NO! He must not die! If there is a healer in this town, I shall pay whatever the price or offer my self as a laborer in exchange...but please do not let that man die!"
And why not...he will be wondering most likely...I cannot tell him that I owe the man my life, for that will work against the tale I have to tell. No...he must think of me as the more competent one, at least for now.
"You see...I have already lost two of those that placed their trust in me to see them to safety...if I lose Joe, then I will have failed them all."
