For Kynnen
Indeed, even as the door was propped open, the sunlight refused to enter into the tomb with the drow, and so the small room remained hidden in darkness. This did not bother Kynnen however as he was now back in his element. His eyes relaxed and began to focus with their dark-sight, and he listened to the sounds of small things scrurrying about at the shock of the doorway opening. Rats were seen scampering away, a small snake slithered by, and various insects took flight and flew down a hole that had been formed in the rear wall behind a statue that had been toppled and lay drowned in the pudrid water. The hole showed signs of being torn open in the brick from this side of the wall. The hole was large enough for a human to fit through.
