Eceil fidgits uncomfortably, knowing that he hasn't attempted anything like this in years, and still kind of bitter about the circumstances around his education in The Way. None of that mattered now, though. Here he was, in need of a certain result, with the means to produce it. He takes the chance, coercing their mind into believing they saw the confirmation that they did not. Eceil, successful but still disappointed in himself, is led to the detective's office, where he is given the information he sought.
